II. Financial Report
📍Incoming Donations
Original PDF bank statements generated directly from MB Bank, accompanied by a screen-recorded video showing the statement export process to eliminate any risk of data alteration.
📍Outgoing Expenses
Every disbursement is fully documented with purchase invoices, warehouse verification photos, and official handover records signed and stamped by school representatives.
📍Dedicated Project Account
The project bank account was opened with an initial balance of VND 0 before donations were accepted. Go Clean Go School is committed to operating through one dedicated bank account exclusively for the project, completely separate from the founders’ personal finances
